Program Details :
Mommy's on the Move Class Format:
- 60 minute Total Body Workout
- What you will need: water bottle, mat,
5 lbs dumbbells.
- Child needs: stroller, snacks, toys, sun
block, diapers, hat and blanket.
Mommy's on the Move class consists of 30 minutes of cardiovascular training and
30 minutes of resistance training, abdominal exercises and flexibility training.
The stroller, resistance tubes, dumbbells and even your child are incorporated in
the workout. This is a fun yet challenging class that will get your body back
into shape and then some. The class is structured to go at your own pace and
all fitness levels are welcome. We recommend not starting until your doctor
has released you.
Mommy's on the Move will:
- Tone and tighten your whole body
- Jumpstart your weight loss
- Strengthen your abdominal's
- Have fun meeting other moms
- Improve the lives of mothers and their children through
a safe and rewarding fitness class.
